Plesk Accessibility Statement

Accessibility statement

In accordance with the applicable requirements of the European Accessibility Act and the EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102), WebPros is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including persons with disabilities. We are actively working to enhance the accessibility and usability of Plesk control panel in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and EN 301 549 V3.2.1 Standard (ETSI).

Compliance status

Plesk is partially accessible and meets the requirements of European Accessibility act, EN 301 549 V3.2.1 Standard (ETSI) and WCAG 2.1 AA in part:

  • It partially supports scalable text and layout, maintaining usability and readability at zoom levels of up to 200%.
  • Plesk interface partially supports assistive technologies by adhering to semantic HTML and ARIA standards enabling access to control panel by use of keyboard, screen reader software and voice recognition software.
  • Plesk interface is accessible in multiple languages.
  • Content is written with a focus on clarity and accessibility.
  • Keyboard navigation is supported, and visible focus indicators are present in several key areas.

Known accessibility issues

While we are committed to delivering an accessible digital experience, we acknowledge that certain aspects of the site do not yet fully conform to the established accessibility standards:

  • While most content remains usable and readable when zoomed in up to 200%, some layouts may not fully reflow or adapt, which can affect users with low vision who rely on enlarged content.
  • ARIA roles and semantic HTML are inconsistently applied which may lead to some elements being skipped or not interpreted correctly by assistive technologies.
  • Some images may lack descriptive alternative text, which could impact the experience of users who rely on screen readers.
  • Certain pages may not include the appropriate language settings, which can affect how content is pronounced by screen readers.

We are actively addressing the identified issues and are committed to implementing the necessary improvements to achieve full accessibility compliance.
